This is perfect for my 2005 Crv. In fact, removing the factory one was more difficult than installing a new one. Removing the chip from the old key was also painful, but putting it in the new one wasn't a problem. I saved over $200 on this product, anyone can install it just by removing the factory one, you must think I drilled mine. Locally at the Autozone or Orylace, the ignition cost only about $300, this product even came with keys for the doors! I'm considering buying another one as a spare as I've saved so much! Haven't installed the doors yet. I'm just grateful that I can drive!👍🤘🤘
