Review on Ripcord by Jeffrey Sanders

It’s quick, easy to use with simple navigation options throughout all of my records. The customer support team were extremely helpful at every stage. I would highly recommend this product as it has helped me in so many ways - from being able to have access to documents so easily when required through to ease of finding old files that need updating/correcting before they are archived or destroyed. I also like that there is an option to search by document type rather than having to scroll down each time. There is nothing wrong about this product really! My only issue (which seems minor) is not knowing how much data you can archive at any given time which could be improved. We've been using this software since 2010 and it still works perfectly well. This makes managing our archives very straight forward.
