I somehow missed that the steamer was attached so that was a bonus when I unboxed it. I've never used it before and the first time I definitely had a huge mess, but the second time I was able to use it successfully without the mess. Now I've used it several times with no problems. It heats up very quickly and is very easy to use! And for the price I think it can't be beat. Even those that need to be downloaded manually or are more expensive. It's well made, it doesn't feel cheap and I like that all the parts can be taken apart very easily for cleaning. It's also smaller than many of the other options, making it perfect for my apartment. It doesn't take up much valuable space and gets the job done perfectly!
