Love My Kombucha Mat! The mat has 3 temperature settings, which is very convenient. Make sure you plug in the pad and feel the back of the pad to make sure it works. I mistakenly thought it was broken and ordered a replacement even though the mat was fine. I placed the mat on the glass and then felt the outside of the mat which was still cool and mistakenly thought it was a problem and ordered a replacement. Ok but I realized my mistake and contacted customer service (great service btw) and paid for a replacement which was a win as I make two different types of kombucha plus a water 'kefir'. They are fantastic and worth every penny. The Kombucha Heat Mat has helped me take my fermentation to a whole new level. I plan to order a few more! Thank you Buca mats for this amazing rug and thank you Revain for great customer service. Win!
