Reports and navigation to get data is terrible and serious billing issues

After buying 4 GPS units and testing them for a little over a month I see my bill and in just a few hours I see my bill for over than $230. days. After speaking to a support person via email, who seemed very defensive and accusatory, I noticed that every time you adjust your plan (I wanted to upgrade the car to test additional features that you paid for separately had to pay), it is repeated. will charge your entire account again. At the moment they have not answered whether or not they will refund unused money. I will contact you if I need to involve the credit card company. To add to the frustration, one of the devices stopped transmitting yesterday and they said the service was suspended by us? It shows activity on their portal from our side and the service end date for the prepayment made by mistake is next year, so I think this is extremely unlikely. It's a kid's toy, not a business tool, the user interface is nice at first glance, but once you start using features like reports, payload capture, routing, etc., it all becomes sham. There is so much junk in the reports that it's difficult to examine drivers' routes or stops, and the routing doesn't seem to work at all, claims that the addresses can't be discovered. Aside from that, the cost is the same or a little higher than others, so you don't need to buy any hardware. So I strongly recommend just walking away.

Pros
  • Durable interface
Cons
  • Some shortcomings
