Review on 🔵 Youxmoto Blue Tailgate Assist Shock for 2004-2014 Ford F150 & 2006-2008 Lincoln Mark LT Trucks - Lift Support DZ43200 by Michael Bustamante

The shock absorber works great and lowers the tailgate smoothly and slowly. Watched a few YouTube videos before installing and it helped. Make sure to mount the big end of the shock near the tail section (my instructions were wrong). The bolt holding the wire next to the bed was very difficult to remove. The provided star tool did not help. I had to put a pipe wrench on the bolt head to loosen it - not the manufacturer's fault, it was just tight. After that everything was easy.
