Purchased through Amazon.com. I wanted to purchase a Samsung M32, but they were out of stock. I was convinced to go with the A32 instead, which is a decision that I later came to regret. J7 2022 came before it, and because of that, its performance was much improved. It hangs constantly, and because it did so several times, it did not react to anything I said or did. It took me a while, but I finally figured out how to perform an emergency restart on it. Unfortunately, this happened right when I desperately needed a phone. This particular subphone number allows fingerprints to be read. It is accessible, but making use of it will put your nervous system to the test. If you have the time to fiddle with your phone for a couple of minutes just to unlock it and sometimes wait for the same amount until something loads there, then this phone is for you. If you don't have the time to do either of those things, then you should look elsewhere. Upon the release of this phone, Samsung expressed their disgust. Purchasing is not something I encourage doing.
