Easy installation. for heavy plumbing

I need these for a leaky triangular faucet. Wow, it took 10 minutes and not a drop came out! This is a complete set. You won't need anything else. Half price HD.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small house
Cons
  • Out of fashion

It fixed my leaky faucet handles

The kit allowed me to fix my leaky faucet pretty easily. Two problems: 1) there were no instructions or silicone grease (a small amount would be the perfect bonus) 2) what to do with 4 large o-rings? no idea

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Hard to tell

Note how the original defective part was installed

Works great in our 2 handle laundry sink faucets. Note how the bad one is installed and position the replacement the same way. I didn't, but after moving it, the cold side was set correctly. The hot side isn't needed, but I'll leave it for later installation.

Pros
  • Lots of good vibes
Cons
  • Lots of things

An OEM product and you can't beat this price

All replacement parts must be OEM unless discontinued. This price is almost as good as a fake except you get ALL the seats, springs and washers you ALSO need from the OEM. If you want to save money, buy the aftermarket option, but be ready to replace sooner rather than later.

Will not match Genuine Delta Parts

Although these parts came packaged as Genuine Delta Parts, their configuration and materials did not match my 2007 Genuine Parts. no selectable 90 degree rotation stop. When installed, this repair kit leaked instead of being hermetically sealed.

Operation error when ordering

This kit looked almost perfect. The problem is that this mannequin ordered a set of the wrong model. Slight differences in the main components made them unusable. No, o-rings and lower rubbers that worked great when installed on the original big plastic gizmo. Overall the materials, shipping and overall quality of this kit seems good. Just make sure you order the right kit for your needs.

  • Pleasant to use

Ancient shower, no longer drips.

The shower faucet was so old that the brand name was no longer on it. I've been looking at and comparing Delta parts and parts and my old shower parts seemed to match. When the kit arrived I was able to lay the pieces side by side and make sure they fit together. The repair was quick and the dripping stopped. A small amount of silicone grease to lubricate the parts may save me from having to do this again in the distant future. I'm still not sure if it was a Delta product I fixed, but the Delta

Original quality Delta part, fits and works perfectly.

The kit contains everything I need to attach my shower drain and bath valves PLUS four extra o-rings. Apparently they are needed for a specific installation, but not for me. I put some silicone grease on the valve seals and on the small o-ring around the valve. It appears to be part of Delta's OEM, so I trust them completely. I see generics that can be bought for a lot less money and I'm sure some of them are good but they seem to last for years so risking your time on an unknown generic…

Plug Leaks on rough installation

It was cheap enough to buy the entire fitting. If you do one side you can do the other even if it doesn't leak. After removing the locking nut, use VicGrip to pull the cartridge out. Pay attention to the position of the cartridge after the exit and place it directly behind the faucet. Have a flashlight or headlamp ready. Use a small screwdriver or awl to remove the washer and spring, being careful not to scratch the inside. Next, place the tread washer and then the spring (big end down) on a…
