Fits well and replaces my mirror. The cost is very low and the mirror is as good as OEM. The mirror is about 1/4" or 1/8" smaller, I'm pretty sure it will fit more cars than the stock 2004 Honda Civic. It also doesn't have the thin black plastic stripe around the perimeter of the OEM . The OEM version probably does this for safety, looks, etc. You have to be careful not to run your fingers over the edge as the plastic strip mentioned isn't there. The double sided tape will hold, but the electronics mounting surface on the Civic isn't flat, so I'm hoping it will hold. I used a piece of PVC (6" long with the cut end pressed against the center of the mirror) and some heavy duty rubber bands to hold the mirror together and double sided tape after gluing it to the mirror body. I would on any Fall recommend mechanically compressing them as 20 pounds of force after application like any other glue or tape makes a world of difference with almost any adhesive. It has held up over the past few weeks including riding through Hurricane Sandy in the Northeast.
