Failed to load media. I have owned several brands of water filters over the past 25 years. This is by far the worst I've ever had. It leaked out of the box and repeatedly called customer service. They sent me a new system and still had problems. Aside from the o-rings on the top of the canister and NO I didn't over tighten it. Had a bit of work but ended up having to change the filter which should be easy. But again it leaked and the water didn't get any further with new filters. Put the old filters back in place and I can get some water. So they sent me new filters. The same happens, leaking and no water. Called customer service again who was honestly rude and kept interrupting me. Your "troubleshooting process" is a joke. I was asked to put a quarter under one of the filters. Do you mean that seriously? Well it worked, but it's obviously a manufacturing defect and I don't feel the need to make changes to something I paid a lot of money for, especially if the change involves putting a quarter under a water filter. The whole experience with this filter was terrible! Definitely one of the worst filters on the market. I'm confused by the seemingly good reviews and probably should have paid more attention to reviews that said the same as what I'm experiencing right now. Trust me and avoid that water filter. Don't waste your money and time (you will spend a lot on your phone). If I could give zero or negative stars, I definitely would.
