Fit perfectly the first time!
Purchased for a '98 Ford Explorer. I figured it probably wouldn't fit, you know, a little hole or something since I bought it online. However, to my surprise, it fitted perfectly, like the factory latch I replaced. I was very surprised and very happy. I would recommend this company for door products in the future. Two suggestions, if you buy this, take a small bag of plastic clips and some door panels, put the clips in place to replace the ones that broke when removing the panel.
