Maybe I got a bad batch?...

Maybe I got a bad batch but this reel just wouldn't do what I needed. I even went so far as to swap mats and blades and calibrate the machine; and it still didn't work. I've even tried different settings with no success. And tried everything and hoped it would work but still nothing.
