My cat loves this stroller. I initially had a problem with a zipper getting stuck, but the seller quickly responded to my message and sent me a replacement. They were very helpful, professional and polite. I have never had such customer care from Revain or anywhere else on the web. On the other hand, the stroller is just fantastic. There are many places a pet can explore while remaining protected. The stroller is really solid; it has survived several months of use. It was a pleasure to put together and I love how it folds up like a stroller! The size is amazing too. I have two huge cats and each has enough space to move and sleep. Above you can also use 2 cup holders for drinks. This is a really cool product!
