I originally ordered this dress in a plus size, which I now wear. But mine was baggy and the sleeves were too long. So I sent it back and ordered a medium and it fits me perfectly. So you can order one size smaller than you usually wear unless you like baggy shirts. If you like baggy shirts, order your normal size. This is my first long-sleeved polo, all the others are short-sleeved. I like this polo very much. You can wear it tucked in or tucked in and it will look great on either occasion. If you refill it, it will look cleaner. I bought it to wear to a Christmas party. Or with the jeans you see in the photo. I washed it and it hasn't shrunk. It warmed my hands and looked great on me.
