Review on Linkitom Submersible Trailer License Snowmobile Exterior Accessories ~ Trailer Accessories by Aaron Lewis

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The reflective strip is faded and the ground wire is very short

LEDs are bright but not C DOT approved. Reflective tape quickly faded! The tape is not suitable for gluing, not even with additional spray adhesive! I had to buy the best genuine C DOT reflective tape that will not fade and stay the same. The wires are ok, but the copper strands are too thin. The ground wire broke because it's too thin (the smallest crimp is too big) so I had to buy more wire as the one that comes with it really isn't that good. I will connect the ground with heavier gauge tinned wire and reattach it to a good metal ground. The cable length is sufficient, could be better. In general, a small modification turned out to be done by hand. The wires could be better and the reflective tape is a waste of time and money.

Pros
  • IP68 Waterproof and submersible: the lampshade is not screwed on, the trailer LED lights are fully welded, the taillight circuit board is sealed. The drain hole serves to suck out all the water. This ensures that the water does not damage the diodes or the circuit board. The excellent tightness definitely makes it waterproof and suitable for water immersion. Please install the trailer taillights with the drain hole facing down.
