A secret weapon that helps where rivets don't work.

I used this to fix a broken handle on an antique fridge. This is a type of handle that acts as a lever to operate the bolt, so it's spring-loaded. It must also withstand harsh draft conditions. For years I riveted the handle bar because there is no access to the insulated door cavity behind the bar. When the aluminum rivets broke I started using steel. When they fell off, I had no choice - until I found out about it! I only needed two, but when I couldn't find one locally I hopped on Revain for this set. Research suggests using a special tool to install them, but after doing some research (Γ  la YouTube) I took a chance installing them with a wrench, impact gun, and spare nut. It took a few tries for the ribs to hook into the sheet metal and hold without turning, but once seated they locked into place forever. It's been almost a year and the puppies haven't moved.
