The printer itself is great, I am just starting out with 3D printing and through a lot of time and research I came to the conclusion that the Ender 3 v2 printer is the best start up printer. However, the support that ENOMAKER gives along with the printer is amazing. I scratched up the print bed pretty badly during setup and adjustments, and ENOMAKER was so fast to respond and sent out a replacement within 3 days.1/15/2022- I have, sadly, returned the printer. It was working great the first week or so but after that it was nothing but problems, which is the reason why I changed my rating from 5 to 3. It could have been just my printer being defective but it was still a lot of work just to get working okay-ish. It was still not worth it though. I still believe that it is a good starting printer, only if you get lucky on the one you get. It was sad but the experience is still memorable. I learned a lot from it.I would only recommend getting this printer if you have a friend that has the same printer as you because then you both can sit and troubleshoot it together.
