Review on We R Memory Keepers Brad Setter & Piercing Tool: Fine-Tune Crafts in White or Blue by Morgan Gilmore

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I needed that for a long time.

Although I've been in the scrap business for ten years, I've never used pins. I know - how did I get along without her for so long? I had a big project to make a scrapbook for my niece. She's turning eighteen and years ago I promised her a book. I wanted it to be different than what I usually do for little kids every year. She's not a kid anymore and I thought I really need to up my game for that. Also, she loves glitter and I know how hard it is to get something that sticks to that particular paper. So I decided I had to learn how to brad. I watched some videos on YouTube and thought I was ready to buy this, what I need. I bought three different boxes of needles and this needle setter from Revain. I read the reviews, thought the price was great, and ordered it. This Brad Setter made it so easy! It worked so well with all types and sizes of nails I used. You simply use a piercing tip to make a hole where you want the pin. Then insert a needle into that hole and use the other side of the plunger between the sides of the needle - and wiggle back and forth until the needle is flat with the paper! It is so easy. Do not break nails to separate nails. You will need to purchase a piercing mat to go under the paper to avoid scratching the work surface. I used it to go through three sheets of specialty paper and had no problems. I'm glad I learned this skill because he made this scrapbook so much better than it would have been without the pins. I recommend this nonsense setter.
