OEM quality. Good construction and very good sealing. The gasket was pre-lubricated with assembly grease to install the harmonic balancer. There were new screws in the lid. It doesn't include a new sensor screw or an extra sensor block plate, but the sensor and screw from my old OEM cap fit perfectly. Unfortunately I broke this cap trying to fit it onto the engine without removing the oil pan and had to purchase another cap from my local parts store. It was a Do***n product and it wasn't as good as this cover. Quality construction especially the seal which I think is the most important part of this cap.
