Overall they meet my needs. There are no instructions in the box... and it goes without saying that you simply screw them on. But what I missed is that the bearings need to be lubricated. It has built-in lubrication that makes the job easier. We've used the wheels a few times and wonder why they were so stiff in corners.... After careful inspection, I found that they needed lubrication.
