I have to say that after a 27" iMac with a 2560x1440 display, this monitor made the transition easier for me. I was afraid to stray away from Apple's notorious high-resolution displays. But this monitor really confirmed that I was making the right choice Pros: Glossy screen. I love the iMac's glossy screen. Yes, glare can be annoying at times, but I think it makes the picture look a lot better and brighter Connections - Comes with all the popular connections (VGA, DVI, and HDMI) and cables. Well, except for the HDMI cable which I don't understand why they didn't include it. Thickness is thin. Not heavy at all. The base is very strong and reliable. I hate using it so often imac but it doesn't wobble that much when I shake my leg Glossy finish This monitor looks so sexy with its glossy finish It easily picks up fingerprints but looks very smooth Well Cons: No audio jack - I use this monitor to watch cable TV, play games and use it for my computer. They all use HDMI. HDMI cables transmit both picture and sound. So it would be nice to have an audio jack to connect speakers to. But I found a way to get around this using RCA cables. It would be nice to have one instead of having more cables. Buttons - they suck. They are almost flush with the bottom of the monitor. Doesn't bother, but rather annoys. In general I like it. Can't say I like it because I just switched from an iMac. But I'm definitely looking forward to it. The Imac was only able to accept 720p signals in its target display mode (see cable and use it for PS3) and now watching TV and playing games at 1080p on this monitor is amazing. As an Imac owner I would definitely recommend it. For the price, it's really an estimate. And if you buy it. I ordered Ikea multi colored diode bulbs which I attached to the back of this thing. Looks phenomenal. Youtube Ikea multicolored diode lights. Just an interesting feature. Hope this helps someone! *UPDATE* I've had this monitor for a while and it's still working. A few things I noticed were that the bottom panel scratches fairly easily. dust magnet. Doesn't get hot after a few hours of use. And one more important thing, I read the product description somewhere, not sure if it was here, but it said this monitor is great for wall mounting due to its slim design. The monitor does not come with a wall mount and does not support VESA wall mount. In the picture posted, someone is improvising a wall mount. I don't know if I'm willing to take the risk of attaching the mount because it's so thin. But just for your information.
