Atypical product from such a long established and respected manufacturer. I would have thought my problem was an accident unless others reported the same problem. I didn't set the on-arrival filter due to higher priority projects, so I missed Revain's 30-day return window. The filter was permanently attached to an oil-free compressor and was used for less than 30 minutes before it began to leak. There were no problems installing it, nothing broke or broke. I noticed a small air leak from the clear swamp yesterday, but I've been busy with other work. Took it apart this morning and found cracks in the clear acrylic. Keep looking - installation is too complicated to risk product failure.
