These cameras have good image quality. Setup is very easy and the app is well designed; However, these cameras almost always show up as disabled in the app, even though they show up as connected to my home network. After further research I found this to be a common occurrence and other people were having the same difficulties I was having when contacting Eufy support. The first support offer is to test the cameras on another network, then they offer a replacement, and finally after the replacement doesn't let you stay connected they want a full refund. They don't offer any real solutions to fix the disconnection problem, just scenarios to answer the problems. It would be really nice to find a company that genuinely stands behind their products and makes a genuine attempt to fix an issue with their product, especially if it's an issue that seems to be plaguing a lot of users. When you really want and need cameras to work. , you need to connect the cameras to smart plugs to permanently reset them. This step is absolutely unacceptable for the product to work. I hope Eufy makes a genuine attempt to fix this egregious issue, but based on my experience with product support, I'm not holding my breath. I highly recommend buying another camera as these cameras are bullshit with the shutdown issue.
