This review is about Best Buy’s customer support and the customer support from Escalade Sports (Stiga’s US distributor).13 months ago I purchased a Stiga Premium Compact Tennis Table. This table delivered….it provided an excellent professional playing surface and it easily folded up into a compact unit when space was needed. Without question, we were very happy with it.Three weeks ago, we noticed that one bracket that attached the table top to the frame, had pulled out from the table top. How and why that happened, we do not know.I called Best Buy customer service. Best Buy said that they could do nothing because the purchase was 13 months ago. However, they took the time to research who the distributor was and gave me the phone number.I called Escalade Sports, the distributor. They asked me to describe the problem and to send some pictures plus copies of the Best Buy invoice.Yesterday, I received a brand new Stiga Premium Compact Tennis Table that Best Buy sells for $1,799….free of charge.It was that simple and that quick. There was no prorating for usage or shipping charges.their attitude was that if it is not 100% right, they would make it 100% right…and they did!My sincere thanks to Best Buy, to Escalade Sports and to Stiga. Excellent support of an excellent product.
