Not a bad tool, but could've been far better

The price was very important for us when contracting their services, we needed some additional security features added (VPN/2FA). We were expecting better reporting tools after working together as they are not that clear in communicating back what you'd need next - which makes it much harder if I'm going alone afterwards! They did add quite few extra bells & whistles like email-to SMS alerts etc., but overall there's still nothing worth mentioning or anything else good about using this software over any other cheaper tool providers out here at least currently :) Great idea from them too have dedicated account managers rather than freelancers coming up every now n then saying "hey let me update something".. It doesn't make sense how people could get paid while doing such things!! Maybe some kind off commission per task done? That being said though i personally think my job got somewhat less stressful because everything gets delegated nicely without actually having someone sitting between those 3 different departments all day long looking into emails / stuff :), so no big regrets really even tho' initially the initial onboarding took time since none knew exactly whom do contact regarding tickets related issues :( Ease in creating accounts & managing them, easy access to history/traffic logs, great customer support! nothing as such but if you have any query regarding account management or anything else i would surely help you out. Great product for small businesses like ours which do not need much technical knowhow to use it well. We are using this tool for our website analytics to make better decisions about content development (and SEO).
