I love these plates! I'm delighted that not only are they all natural, they have a beautiful natural color, but they are also incredibly durable. They can be mixed with heavy, spicy foods (like macaroni and cheese ribs and salad) and hold up really well. Unlike some other fragile disposable plates. I was also able to reuse some of the plates after a gentile wash. Not only are they completely natural and compostable when dirty, they can also be reused at any time.
