Inadequate packaging
The pan is exactly what I was looking for, however it came wrapped in a piece of brown paper in a very large cardboard box that was partially torn. This made a small dent in the pan. It's not enough to guarantee a return, but it's annoying nonetheless. Given that he's had to travel halfway around the world, it's ridiculous how little protection he has.
