I like this CD player. I had a question to answer because I listen to books on CD and I needed to know how to pick up where I left off. I contacted support via email using the email address in the manual. I received an answer within a few days. You just turn off the CD player, don't stop playing CDs, just turn the player off and when you turn it back on, it picks up where it left off. Overall I think it was a good buy and the sound quality is great! At least for the book I listen to. It's clear and the voice quality is excellent. Not bad for this CD player.
