The best thing about this program is that it has all the tools you need to help you run your business efficiently. It also has great customer service. I would like more options for customization. There are so many features that I don't use that could be added or changed. If you want a very easy to use system, then this may not be for you. You can find other programs with similar capabilities but they lack the ease of use. We have been able to streamline our supply chain by using Production ACE. It has allowed us to see where our bottlenecks are and how we can improve efficiency.
