Really great affordable at home set

Product is great quality. I use it constantly in many different types of workouts. Besides the yellow plastic screw on stoppers those come loose and have to be tightened periodically. However I check and rotate my weights often so it’s become a pretty easy routine thing to check. I would recommend especially for women in a heartbeat.

Pros

The ergonomic, non-slip grip handles make the dumbbells comfortable to use and help prevent injuries during workouts

Cons

Not ideal for people with pre-existing wrist or hand injuries
