This bar is as simple as it gets. I've used it half a dozen times with no problems. If I lose it, find a way to break it, I will buy it again. No doubt. *Edit* * June 5, 2020 * Do not buy this bike rack. He dropped my bike twice today. I thought it was my fault the first time. Then it happened again. Luckily I was only going 10 miles an hour. This is not a permanent item. I left my original review. If it hadn't broken it would have been replaced if stolen. But I have a significant investment in my bike. I can't risk it falling down at high speed.
