I really like this bag and I love using it! When it arrived I noticed the zipper was very tight and seemed cheaply made. - The opening of the bag isn't very large and I find it difficult to find items that get lost at the bottom of the bag - I'm not a fan of the adjustable shoulder strap, but that's just personal preference Lavender freshener in the bag, um get rid of the smell of the new product. This company ships their bags very nicely packaged and includes a pocket to keep your wallet in when not in use. Update: The strap this shoulder bag is made of broke while commuting to work. I am very upset about this. This bag still works great but I wanted to be able to wear it crossbody.
