Video Training & Tutorials Are Great Way To Build Customer Ease Of Use

The ability for users who are not familiar with our product or process flows can quickly learn how it works by using videos as tutorials/training material. We have been able to improve customer service in multiple ways through this method of training new employees (especially those from other countries). It's also helped us reduce time spent writing out step-by-step instructions which has reduced errors during implementation. I don't like having all my data stored online but some people may prefer working remotely so they do need access to their files when needed. This isn't an issue if you're only doing simple tasks - just make sure your team knows what will be happening next before beginning work! Our customers love being trained via videos instead of reading manuals because we know they understand better since there is more context provided.

  • Very easy tool available without any licensing restrictions; ) Great pricing structure that makes sharing across teams very affordable.
  • Ability store assets locally rather than uploading them into OneDrive, etc., especially helpful while travelling / remote workers where connectivity issues exist)
  • Support staff great at resolving problems
