I needed an extension cord to bring the rear-facing RV camera antennas closer to my truck. I tried a cheaper RG-58 cable, but the attenuation was terrible at the 2.4GHz transmission frequency my system was using. Check out the datasheet for the LMR-200 cable which has fairly minimal attenuation (typically 0.3dB/ft) and this cable met my expectations and delivered a strong signal in my truck. I ended up using three cables. Well made, double shielded (foiled and braided) and thick solid center wire. It's quite thick, about 1/4 inch in diameter, so it doesn't bend too easily, but I think it suits this type of cable. Make sure it has the correct SMA connectors for your application: these are standard SMA connectors. Some systems use the reverse polarity type (SMA-RP) which is not suitable.
