So I saw one of these cut resistant gloves on YouTube and wanted to try it myself. In the last six months I've cut myself three times while cooking, so I decided to give it a try. I bought the larger version and the fit is a little tight for my hands, but they work to my advantage as I have a firmer, more precise grip on my items. So now for the test: I don't know what to expect. I used the sharp point of the knife and poked myself. I still feel a little sharp, but it won't cut you. That's not how you use it, of course, and I tested it with a regular side cut and felt almost nothing. Generally excellent so far. I haven't tested it in action while cooking, but will update later. Generally good so far.
