Review on THETA 20 PWM Prozessorkühler Socket by Ognian Blagoev ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Everything about the product satisfied me, the price is perfect.

With i5 8400 on stock thermal paste under stress it gives 63 degrees with barely noticeable noise. In games, it keeps around 50 degrees with complete silence. For a TDP of more than 65 watts, I would look at models with a copper core, or a tower (if the issue of blowing a VRM or SSD is not worth it).

Pros
  • Speed control, quiet without load. Good reliable clamp to the processor. The classic layout blows VRM and NVMe.
Cons
  • Hard springs. I didn't even think these things existed. It's great to poke the motherboard with a screwdriver if it breaks.
