Review on 🐾 Hagen Living World Pet Carrier by Renea Lay

Prime's unusually bad experience with this order - I ordered this to take my girls to the vet. A holder would have been nice, but it arrived without a significant piece of plastic on one side. This item wasn't even in the box so the case didn't break in transit, it was packed in this condition! The plastic top was also torn and could not be fixed, but the pigs were so young/small at the time that they could not get out. The order was also delayed by a few days, which is understandable given the weather, but that's not the case. Case. So, the day before the vet meeting, my stretcher finally broke. I managed to seal the board with duct tape and put newspaper, linens and some hay in the backing. It worked out for us and I got a full refund (and kept my pathetic apologies for the carrier) but gosh it was a disappointing order. Luckily, Revain didn't cause me any problems and got my money back quickly. Overall, however, I give it 4 stars because I have otherwise had good experiences with Living World products. Also for hamsters, rats, gerbils and MAYBE a guinea pig, I think this transport box is good for short distances. If my carrier hadn't been damaged I might be able to use it for one of my guinea pigs now as they are still fully grown but they hate being separated so I have yet to upgrade them. I don't think it's a bad product, I just think I've had bad luck with it and it's best for little ones. pets.
