Let me start by saying that it's not very good. The manufacturer packs this product in plastic wrap. I'm not sure if this happened during storage or shipping, but the film melted at the bottom of the tank. Not just in one place, but in all places where the film came into contact with plastic. I've tried wiping it off to no avail. So a tank that could have looked great was immediately flawed and very disappointing. Another not-so-good reason is that the tank's design has a hole under the box that holds the rocks, and our turtle fits into that hole just enough to get stuck. So we had to put something in the hole to stop the turtle from getting in. I think the manufacturer would have seen this as a problem when testing. Try to come out with new glass sides. This is great because the turtle is moving a lot more than in its previous dark tank. He also climbs stairs more often, but to go down he slips every time :) I give the tank 4 stars because if the plastic hasn't melted, it's a really good tank. Unfortunately, shipping to Florida may have been too much of a challenge for him.
