Review on πŸ”Š Enhance Your Sound Experience with Sonos One SL: Swivel & Tilt Speaker Wall Mount and Ceiling Mount by Dave Russell

Lots of mods to make it work

I bought these brackets to hang my Sonos One speakers under my kitchen cabinets. Firstly, if you don't want to drill into the surface, 2 of the 5lb command strips hold these in place of the screws. Now to the devices themselves. I bought 2 and had to modify both of them to make them work. In one of them the parts weren't aligned properly so I had to file larger holes to allow the screws to line up with the bracket holes. In another, the staples did not interlock because the grooves were not cut deep enough. and they applied too much paint. There's also not enough compression to secure the mounts because the bolts are about .100 longer than they should be. Because of this, the speaker kept falling off instead of staying horizontally aligned, which is what I wanted. So removing excess paint and filing the attachment grooves deeper made the second attachment workable, but not as reliable as we would like. I would also recommend using sticky rubber or foam for the speaker contact points as you will hear a lot of vibration. / Loudspeaker rattling against the metal bracket. Luckily I'm a mechanical engineer and was able to fix it to get them working, although I'm not happy with that, but for everyone else, save yourself the headache and get what's made by Sonos/sold directly through Sonos.
