It's hard to disassemble, but worth it.
The tire is difficult to remove. I warmed it up in my hands and then took it apart with a flathead screwdriver. If you get that, it's not that bad! .but it's worth it when all is said and done! Looks very nice and professional! At least when you put it back together you know your project is safe. I don't embroider in this hoop, I use it to frame the finished piece.
