I thought I could cut off the legs and they would swim. They don't. I've seen some reviews say they have weighed down legs, but the anticipation comes from somewhere in the balloons. I'm only giving them 2 stars because two of them had broken valves and we couldn't open them to fill with air or helium. . I filled one with regular air (using a straw to inflate it) and the other 3 had helium. They "run" better with helium, but hardly. I personally consider it a waste of helium if your balloons are still lying around on the floor. I want them to make a version that will float in the air!
