These shorts are as described; No nasty surprises in terms of size, fit, fabric or colour. The fabric is great and comfortable. The padding was comfortable for 30-mile road trips. The side pockets (4" wide x 6" deep) can be handy for a day, but the large phone sticks out so far on top that it's awkward to mount. The back zippered pocket is small, 5" wide x 2" deep, and can be handy for keys or other small items. After several rides and washes, the color and fit are still good. The shorts are great value for money even if the pockets are never used.
