The10's warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. The device started leaking after 4 months, after 5 months the handles were leaking more water than the tip. I called customer service on a number that isn't even in the owner's manual. They want $17.99 shipping plus you have to pay the freight to send it back. For 5 months service, it will only cost you $30 or $40. The My Water Pic brand lasted 6 years.
