I know this unit is designed to be mounted on a bracket but I needed a simple solution to wall mount two monitors. It works well - it was easy for me to mount it on the wall and easy to assemble. Please note that due to the design of the clip that holds the monitors to the support bar, you can only move the monitors horizontally until the bracket touches the wall. This can prevent you from adjusting your monitors, or worse, damage your wall. I didn't care. I was able to arrange the monitors in any way I felt comfortable.
