I have two knee arthritis so finding a comfortable sleeping position is a challenge each night. I was excited to try the BioPEDIC Memory Foam Support Knee Pillow. Arrived quickly and have fun trying it. It's H-shaped so your feet fit in the inner cutouts. You can use it between your legs or just put a foot on it. I sleep on my side and it was great putting it just above or below my knees (depending on the position of my leg). It's soft but firm enough. I wish it was a little firmer to last longer but will use it until it no longer holds its shape. It has a removable, washable cover over a memory foam insert. I'm glad I can remove and wash the cover. It has helped me sleep better and I am very grateful for that!
