We ordered this helmet for my husband and it took 3 tries for my helmet to get it because of Amazon so this helmet was at MAX HELMETS a few days after the return when we checked the quality of the bluetooth and the helmet BUT again It was a mistake by AMAZON as we had to place replacement orders 3 times! Now MAX HELMETS will always send the same reply back to this address but no money back guarantee and no prepaid label to send back an unused helmet that was defective! He was losing a lot of air and we couldn't hear the Bluetooth in his helmet. I had to endure over 10 phone calls and a lot of stress from being on hold, misinformation, no call back, no help from seller and so much wasted time. Finally the AZ process due to defective helmet and lack of help from seller. The helmet looks cool, but it lets air through and the audio quality via bluetooth is not very good.
