*Edit below after 6 months of use AND added pictures of a dirty filter! * Need something sensitive enough to filter smelly gases? Then this is your cleaning power! The four kids in my house LOVE to let gas past it to see it turn red. Here it is hip. (rolls eyes) LoL But at least we know it works, right? Seriously, it's quiet, well-made, and beautiful. And I can actually breathe better in the morning! No more waking up with a cold! Hooray! Highly recommended! *Edit: I just cleaned the filter after 6 months of continuous use and the boy was caked with dust, SHINE (thanks daughter) and hair! I definitely need to clean the filters more often! To clean it, I carefully removed the filter from the outside, then carefully brought a suction hose with a brush attachment to it. The filters were exposed to the sun for several hours to be disinfected and recharged. Photo Description: I carefully cleaned one side to show how much dust this thing collects! Yes, it's a pen!
