Fluxx Grantmaker - A good tool if used correctly
I like that we can easily track our progress from one year to another. It is very easy to use and it is also very useful for our employees who want to know how much money they have donated to their favorite cause. The system is not totally stable because sometimes you cannot log in and you are redirected to another login page without any explanation. This happens quite often, so be careful! If you need an online donation management solution, then this is what you should try. We are solving the problem of tracking donations by using Fluxx.
Pros
- Customizable
- Easy navigation across pages.
- Intuitive interface with many options available at once (iPad version)
Cons
- Not user friendly.
- Sometime difficult or impossible logging into website instead redirects users back out again..no info given as why error occurred nor where exactly was wrong? User has no way knowing anything about issue until trying several times later after same problems occurr twice more when attempting
