I like that it lights up and the parts are made of durable plastic. I don't like that some of the clear plastic inserts that separate one group of puzzle pieces from another aren't strong enough. For example, I can't turn a puzzle upside down without it falling apart. If I hit the surface/table that the puzzle is on, I could knock over the clock-puzzle group. For the price I like that the LED box is included and I like that the LED box has a setting for bright white light only and a second setting where the light box changes color automatically. I don't like that the LED box can't be plugged into an outlet. I have all the Ravensburger Night Edition jigsaw puzzles and would like to connect all the LED boxes to the same surge protector with small extension cords so they all turn on at the same time, but this is not possible. As much as I love light-up puzzles, I won't be constantly removing the puzzle and baseplate to get to the battery LED box, then unscrewing the battery cover with the LED box, changing the batteries, inserting the baseplate. back, put the puzzle back on the baseplate and then have to do it again if you need to change the batteries.
