We use our motorhome all year round so it's important to have a good drinking water hose for winter use. We just finished this hose when we had long periods of low to mid 20s every night and never had a problem with the water freezing in the hose or even restricting the flow. In this respect we are quite satisfied with this hose. I rated it 4 stars because it is very hard and bulky. Difficult to find a place to store the hose when not in use as it is very stiff and takes up a lot of space. Now that spring is coming we will be keeping this at home until next winter. But if the frost becomes a threat again, I'll be happy to get it out of the home storage. Another piece of advice. The included power cord is quite short. I have never found a power socket that is close enough to a water pipe to use without an extension cord. That's not a problem, just wanted to mention that you'll probably want to use an extension cord if you need one.
